We only collect information to the minimum extent necessary to provide services to you.

Our website can be accessed directly via https://metaversetechconsulting.com using a web browser of your choice, or through our mobile application (which is packaged as an installable Progressive Web App (PWA) of our website).

By browsing this website and using our services, you agree that your data will be collected, stored, and processed in servers located at Talavera, Nueva Ecija, Republic of the Philippines. We also utilize third-party services which will process for us some of the data collected from you. Details of how your data is collected, stored, and processed are explained in the following sections.

Browsing

When browsing our website, some technical information about your visits in this website are collected. This includes:

1. IP address. This translates to your approximate location.
2. Browser user agent. This includes technical version information sent by your browser or our mobile application, such as browser version, device manufacturer/model, and operating system.
3. Referrer information. This refers to the pages or the sites visits to our website are coming from, such as Facebook.
4. Pages you visited on our website. For example, our home page.

Technical information are stored and processed in two ways:

1. For analytics purposes, we collect a) your approximate location based on your IP address, b) referrer information, and c) pages you visited. Data is anonymized and aggregated, and is only accessible to authorized employees (such as site administrators and designated site analysts).
2. Your IP address, user agent, referrer, and page visits are also recorded in our technical logs. Access to the logs are restricted to our server’s technical administrators on as-needed basis (such as to diagnose errors in our website).

Aggregated view counts for each page are publicly displayed at the bottom of the corresponding page. This information contains no other than how many times the page was accessed.

For security and reliability, requests to our website may be routed through Cloudflare, and some technical information regarding your browsing activity may be processed by Cloudflare.

Application Form

When submitting an application form to our website, we collect from you your personal information, such as your full name, email address, contact number, and any information you might provide in your resume and cover letter. This includes, but are not limited to:

• Complete name
• Residential address
• Email address
• Contact number
• Job objective
• Educational attainment
• Work experience
• Seminar attendance
• Skills possessed

We will use your information for the purpose of processing your job applications and to contact you regarding the updates to the same.

Access to these information are restricted to Metaverse Technology’s Human Resource employees and other employees specifically authorized to process job applications (such as the General Manager and department/project lead employees).

Demo Request Form

When requesting a demo via our website, we collect from you your company information. This includes, but are not limited to:

• Name of company representative
• Representative’s position
• Company name
• Company email address
• Contact number

Your message will also be collected as part of this request.

We will use your information for the purpose of processing your request and to contact you regarding the updates to the same.

Access to these information are restricted to Metaverse Technology’s Sales employees and other employees specifically authorized to process job applications (such as the General Manager and department/project lead employees).

Data Processing

Technical logs and site analytics are stored and processed in our servers, located at Talavera, Nueva Ecija, Republic of the Philippines.

Information regarding your job applications and demo requests will be forwarded by our servers to third-party servers operated by GoDaddy Operating Company, LLC, where our email provider’s servers are located. You may review GoDaddy’s Privacy Policy to see how information may be processed there.

Your information will be stored, processed, and protected in compliance with Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), and will only be accessible to authorized employees of Metaverse Technology as described in the previous sections.

You may request removals of your personal information, as permitted by the Data Privacy Act, through our contact information as listed at the end of this policy.

For security and reliability, requests to our website may be routed through Cloudflare, and some technical information regarding your browsing activity may be processed by Cloudflare through its global network of data centers.

Spam Prevention

To combat against automated submissions of forms, we have integrated Google’s reCAPTCHA technology, which automatically assesses browsing behavior to determine if the visitor in question is likely a human or a bot.

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Our website is configured to process reCAPTCHA through the www.recaptcha.net domain instead of the customary www.google.com domain.

Cookie Policy

No cookies are stored or used for our website as part of the browsing activities described above.
This is possible thanks to the efficient utilization of the minimum data necessary for successfully serving requests to our site.
